A five-minute tour of the portal

The portal is at app.stratl.ai (or http://localhost:5173 when you run it yourself). Sign in with your email and the six-digit code Stratl sends you; there are no passwords. The left sidebar lists the screens in the order the product works: launch, evidence, pipeline, assurance, deliver, manage.

1. Get started. Five steps from an empty workspace to a decision record anyone can verify without Stratl. Each step ticks itself when the workspace shows it happened, so you cannot skip one by accident. Try: copy the code snippet and run it; the page notices the record arrive.

2. Decisions. Every record in the workspace, newest first, with a stats strip above: how many decisions, how many adverse, the last 24 hours, subjects, sources, signed count and the chain head. Filter by subject, agent, source, assurance or adverse. Try: click any row.

3. A decision. The record as a story. The header names the id, outcome, assurance and custody. The lineage timeline shows every event in order, in the words a reader would use. Below it: the affected person, with the notice workflow; the framework coverage. On the right: integrity checks, participants, custody (including retention and legal hold) and provenance. Try: press Verify in the header.

4. Subjects. Everyone and everything decisions have been made about, with the latest outcome, actions taken, notices due and how long the subject has been active. Try: open one and press Export evidence pack; that archive is what a data-subject request gets.

5. Sources. Where records come from. Connected sources with their last run and status; available connectors you can add (Langfuse, the Anthropic Compliance API); the OpenTelemetry endpoint for collectors. Try: Add connector, then Test before Save.

6. Custody. Who holds the storage and the key. Three cards: storage, signing key (with how many times it has been used and where those uses are sealed), and independent time. Under them the chain head, the retention policy and legal holds, and the checkpoint history. Try: Checkpoint now if anything is pending. The owner also sees Take custody, which moves everything to your own cloud.

7. Verify. The same verifier that ships as a command-line tool, running in your browser. Fetch a bundle from this workspace or drop one in from anywhere, and watch twelve checks pass or fail one by one. Try: verify a bundle exported from a different workspace; it will fail the key check, which is the correct answer.

8. Reports. The notice queue, deadline first, and the period pack builder: pick a window and a framework, read the coverage, download the signed zip. Try: build a pack for last month against the EU AI Act.

9. Settings. The workspace profile, members and their roles, ingest keys, and the region. Try: invite an auditor. They will see everything and be able to change nothing, which is the role’s whole purpose.
