Subjects and the subject page

The list

Subjects lists everyone and everything decisions have been made about, one row per subject: the latest outcome and when, the actions taken (as a set of action names), how many decisions and how many adverse, notices sent and due, how many agents and sources touched the subject, and how long it has been active. Search by id, type or display name. Rows open the subject page.

The subject page

The header names the subject and summarises its history in a sentence. Three actions: Place hold or Lift hold (owners and admins), Filter decisions (the decision list scoped to this subject) and Export evidence pack.

History lists every decision about the subject, oldest first, numbered, with the action, outcome, assurance, agent, source, chain position and a link to the record. Adverse decisions are marked; held records carry an On hold chip.

Notices shows what the person has been told and what is still owed, across all their decisions, with a link to open each notice.

At a glance, on the right: decisions, adverse count, first seen, last activity, agents, sources, the retention policy, the legal hold, and the actions taken. If a hold is in place, a panel shows who placed it, when, why, and the signed record that proves it.

Latest decision links to the most recent record.

The evidence pack

Export evidence pack downloads one archive with every bundle about the subject, every notice, the holds and a signed manifest. It is what a data-subject request receives. What is inside and how it is verified.
